The QuesCom devices enable direct communication (convergence) of ISDN and GSM standard networks and the VoIP technology. Furthermore, it enables integration of additional services on a single hardware platform without the necessity of additional equipment implementation.
A single QuesCom device provides a whole set of services such as: voice mail, fax server, SMS gateway, feedback phone calls, automatic caller handling, or individual account management by subscriber. Apart from many functions provided by QuesCom implementation, it enables an approximate 60 per cent cost reduction on GSM networks phone calls.
